**Step 1: Return/Exchange Request**
- Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Pack the items carefully in their original packaging.

- Once your request has been processed, you will receive a return/exchange number and instructions.
**Step 2: Shipping the items**
- Mark your return/exchange number on the outside of the package.
- Send the items to the nearest branch of the shipping service provider commissioned by us or to the agreed drop-off point.
**Step 3: Return/Exchange Process**
- Our quality control teams inspect the items as soon as they reach our warehouse.
- In case of a return, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used.
- In case of an exchange, your new item will be sent to you as soon as possible.

- In Germany, return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned or exchanged unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
