**Return and exchange procedure - Germany**
Are you not satisfied with your order? Our return and exchange procedures in Germany are simple and smooth in accordance with legal requirements.

- Pack the items carefully in their original packaging.

- Our quality control teams inspect the items as soon as they reach our warehouse.
- In case of a return, the refund will be credited to the payment method you used.
- In case of an exchange, your new item will be sent to you as soon as possible.
